Funeral Mass for Albert C. Clemens Sr., 88, of Euclid, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 175 E. 200th St., Euclid Mr. Clemens passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Euclid Hospital.
He was born Jan. 29, 1930, in Utica, N.Y.
Al enjoyed Turner Classic Movies, history, cars, trains and planes.
Mr. Clemens had worked as an engineer for various companies.
He was the loving father of Albert C. Clemens Jr., David Clemens and Kathy Clemens; cherished grandfather of Matthew Clemens; and Godfather of Noreen Lemon, Linda Selfridge, Valerie Royal, Celeste Royal, Daniel Gribovicz and John Lakas.
Al married the “Love of his Life,” Doris L. (nee Toney) Clemens on Nov. 15, 1952, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Cleveland. She preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Jean Clemens and Lem Saito; mother-in-law and father-in-law Steve and Mary (nee Usko) Toney.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
