Funeral Mass for Alojs Brezavscek, 86, of Chardon, will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Vitus Church, 6019 Lausche Ave., Cleveland.
Mr. Brezavscek passed away Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
He was born July 7, 1942, in Slovenia.
Alojs was a member of St. Vitus Church in Cleveland and Christ The King Church in East Cleveland. He was also a member of the American-Primorski Coub, loved to fish, bow and arrow hunt, especially the cross bow, polkas and dancing.
Mr. Brezavscek had worked for Yellow Freight.
He was the loving father of Victor (Bonnie) Brezavscek and Frank Brezavscek; and brother of Marica Suligoj.
Alojs was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Zita (nee Bremec); parents, Ivan and Veronika (nee Bukovic) Brezavscek; and sibling, Janez Brezavscek.
Family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church prior to the Mass. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
