Funeral Mass for Carolyn J. McFarland, 95, of Mayfield Heights, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019, at St. Mary's Church, 401 North St., Chardon. (Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.)
Mrs. McFarland passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, at Mapleview Country Villa in Chardon.
She was born April 19, 1923, in Johnstown, Pa.
Carolyn was the loving mother of Charles William “Bill” (Christa) McFarland Jr. and Carol A. (Bo) Knez; cherished grandmother of Robin (Tommy) McShane, Katie Knez, Brad Knez and Mac McFarland; great-grandmother of Ben, Josie and Will; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles William “Mac” McFarland; parents, Theodore and Anna (nee Knauf) Mainhart; and siblings, Theodore, Carl, Albert, Mary and Ann.
