Obituary for Amanda M LaMarsh

“Our beloved Amanda Mariah LaMarsh passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby, after a long brave, battle with addiction.”
Amanda was born on August 9, 1992, in Ashtabula. She grew up in Geneva, where she went to Cork Elementary School and graduated from Geneva High School in 2010. She was a cheerleader for the Geneva Eagles and loved cheering for her school with her friends. Amanda loved spending time with her friends and family including her work family at Expert Spa and Nails.
“Amanda loved spending time with our faithful companion, Beckham.” She had a smile that could light up a room and a laugh that was contagious. Amanda was very passionate about what she believed in and touched the lives of every person she met. She didn’t want to die. Amanda tried her hardest to beat her addiction with the help and support of her family, but it had a powerful hold on her.
She is survived by her loving mom, Hollie Cirino; brother, Steven LaMarsh; grandmother, Linda (Smith) Cirino; nephew, Jaxson LaMarsh; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Amanda also leaves behind Mike Deans and Aric Anderson, who were both father figures for her.
Amanda was preceded in death by her dad, Richard W. LaMarsh, III; and grandmother, Diane Manes.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday (*Please note change in location.) Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.
