Funeral Mass for Maria M. (nee Saraceni) Guerrieri, 102, of Willoughby, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Justin Martyr Church. 35711 Stevens Blvd., Eastlake. Fr. Kevin Liebhardt will officiate the Mass.
Mrs. Guerrieri passed away Friday, April 14, 2017, at her daughter’s residence in Willoughby with her loving family at her side.
Born July 22, 1914, in Orsogna, Italy, she had been a resident of Lake County, living in Eastlake before moving to Willoughby.
Maria was the loving mother of Nicoletta Mastrocola, Antonio (Eleonora) Guerrieri, Alfredo (Maria) Guerrieri, Rita (Osvaldo) Silveri, Filomena (Antonio) Francischiello, and Renato (Denise) Guerrieri; cherished grandmother of 19; great-grandmother of 24; and great-great-grandmother of four; and mother-in-law of Marisa Guerrieri.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Rocco Guerrieri; son, Raffaele Guerrieri; daughters, Serafina Guerrieri and Natalina Maiocco; sons-in-law, Raffaele Mastrocola and Nicola Maiocco; parents, Antonio and Maria Nicole (nee Trentini) Saraceni; three brothers; and three sisters.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
