Obituary for Gina M Lapsevich (nee Meeks)
Celebration of life prayer service for Gina M. (nee Meeks) Lapsevich, 51, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, will be 5 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor. Fr. Tim Plavac will officiate.
Mrs. Lapsevich passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born June 6, 1965, in Cleveland, she had been a lifetime resident of Lake County, living in Wickliffe before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake.
Gina was a graduate of Wickliffe High School.
She was the loving mother of Taylor N. Lapsevich (Paul Burrow), Brooke A. (Conner) Matson, and Bailey L. Lapsevich; cherished grandmother of Anthony and Logan; beloved daughter of Jean (nee Dobranic) Peruzzi; sister of John (Sherie) Zuchelli and Howard (Kellie) Nelson; aunt of nieces and nephews; and fianceé of Ronald Lutz.
Gina was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Peruzzi.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service. Burial will be private.
