Obituary for Barbara J. McCallion
Memorial Mass for Barbara J. McCallion, 78, of Eastlake, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017, at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine St., Willowick.
Ms. McCallion passed away May 12, 2017, at Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born June 1, 1938, in Cleveland, she had lived the majority of her life in Lake County.
She was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Church and Alhambra Ladies Auxiliary. Barbara also enjoyed crafts and sewing.
She was the loving mother of Lynn McCallion, Jeffrey McCallion, Patricia Franklin, Michael McCallion, and Kimberly (Brian) Franklin; cherished grandmother of 11; great-grandmother of 14; and sister of Richard (Eilleen) Richter and Janith “Sue” (Tim) Preto.
Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley McCallion; parents, Robert and Juanita (nee Bohley) Richter; and brother, Ronald Richter.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
