The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Anne Gase can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I was lucky as well as blessed to have had such a special Godmother. I don't believe there was ever a Christmas where I did not receive a beautiful card from her. Even though we lived on opposite sides of the country we always kept in touch that way. Up until last year I was still receiving those cards and I think that is truly remarkable considering the fact that a lot of younger people never even bother to send a Christmas greeting. I was blessed to receive one from Anne every year for well over 50 years!! Dear Aunt Anne, I hope to carry on your loving spirit and may you shine down on us from heaven.

Condolence: I have many happy memories of Anne. I always looked forward to visiting our cousins in Temperance. We were from Detroit. They showed us much hospitality. Especially Anne who took the time to show us a good time. I will remember you Anne in my prayers.

Condolence: Anne was my favorite cousin. She was one of the nicest ladies I ever knew. She wrote me every Christmas to let me know how she was doing (and she had the most beautiful handwriting).

When my sister and I were very young, Anne came to visit our family in Detroit. In those days not many people traveled far to visit. She brought many children's books for us and we were thrilled! We never received a gift like that before.

I will miss you Anne. May the angels lead you into paradise. You deserve it.
