Obituary for Mildred M Jones

Mildred M. (nee Varndell) Jones, 87, of Willoughby, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017, at Brookdale Senior Living in Willoughby.
Born Sept. 16, 1929, in Vestaburg, Pa., she had been a resident of Lake County for the past 54 years.
Mildred was an associate member of the F.O.P., and a member of the Willoughby Eagles Aerie 2300 and the Democratic Party of Lake County.
She was the loving mother of David Edward Jones and John Housel.
Mildred was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fredrick L. Jones in 2014; parents, Herman and Nora (nee Rankin) Varndell; and brothers, Ralph, Wallace and Herman Varndell.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a service conducted by the Willoughby Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Additional calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon Saturday at Haky Funeral Home (located on the grounds of Sylvan Heights Cemetery), 603 North Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401. Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
