Funeral services for Matthew J. Jacquemain, 29, of Painesville, will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Matthew passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, at his residence.
Born Aug. 19, 1988, in Painesville, he had been a lifetime Lake County resident.
Matt was a 2007 graduate of Mentor High School, a member of A.A. and N.A., loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar.
He was the loving father of Mila Rose Jacquemain and Emma Shandle; beloved son of Scott A. (Donna) Jacquemain and Cynthia J. (nee Zelek) Jacquemain; paternal grandson of Jeanine M. (nee Courtot) Jacquemain; nephew of Mark (Megan) Jacquemain, Duane (Heather) Jacquemain, and Dina (Bryant) Ashworth; and cousin of Austin Jacquemain, Makenna Jacquemain, Adam Strukel and Renee Ashworth.
Matthew was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Jacquemain; and fianceé, Sarah Poorman.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Willoughby Memorial Gardens with his brother, Christopher.
