Obituary for Irene G. Koski

Mass of Christian Burial for Irene G. Koski (nee Kowalski), 101, of Willoughby, will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd, Mentor. Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.
Mrs. Koski passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017 at her residence.
Born Dec. 23, 1915 in McKeesport, Penn., she had been a resident of Lake County for the last 12 years living in Willoughby.
She loved to clean and cook.
Irene was the loving mother of Janice M. (David) Moushey and Jeffrey F. (Mary) Koski; cherished grandmother of Marty (Olivia) Moushey, Nick Koski, and Sarah Koski; great grandmother of Jacob Konn and Tatum Koski; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward W. Koski in 2009; grandson, Zack Koski; parents, Francis and Stella (nee Orchowska) Kowalski; four brothers and two sisters.
