The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Carolyn Laird can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: To the family and friends of Carolyn E Laird, I am deeply sorry for your loss. 1 Corinthians 1:3-4 says, “3 Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” What an amazing thing to know God, will help you through this hard time!

Condolence: I am so very sorry for the loss of your beloved Carolyn. She was loved and will be missed by many. My deepest condolences go out to the family. Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” How great it is to know that the scriptures from the bible can bring much comfort during these times of trials.

Condolence: I did not know Carolyn personally, but I do have the pleasure of working with her sister Sheila and know that she was loved beyond measure. I send my love and prayers to all and hope that this may help through these tough times:

Time has stood still for me
Since you've been gone away

And even though I know deep down
That you're in a better place

No one can take the hurt away
And even when they try

I'm left with an empty hole
And all I can say is "why"

No cards, no flowers, not even hugs
Will make this go away

So I'll just leave you with these words
Just take it day by day

And maybe after the last tesr is shed
The sun will shine again

I'll remember you always sweet sister of mine
Remembering every word you told me and just give it time..

My condolences

Condolence: I didn't know Carolyn personally, but I felt like I knew her through her loving sister, Sheila. My heart is very heavy for your family and pray that each of you get through this tragedy together, for what are we if we do not have family to hold onto in this time of need. My deepest sympathy.
