Obituary for Steven J Kravec II
Steven J. Kravec II, 38, of Independence, passed away Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at his residence.
He was born June 23, 1979, in Cleveland.
Steven enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephews, and loved campfires and his music. His sense of humor was priceless and would light up a room. He was devoted to his family and friends, had a heart of gold and a gentle soul.
Steven was the beloved son of Stephen and Marianne (nee Savage) Kravec; loving brother of Jeffrey Kravec and Jessica Camargo; loving uncle of Kayla, Anthony and Tristan; paternal grandson of Helen (nee Margenin) Kravec; nephew of Doug and Mary Metzel, Rich and Sally Kravec, Jim Savage, Bill and Joddi Savage, Bob and Cindy Gruschow, Don and Connie Seibert, Dave and Laura Winterich; cousin of many; and Godson of Rich Kravec and Connie Seibert.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph A. Kravec; maternal grandparents, Donald and Rita (nee Eberl) Savage; and uncle, Jack Savage.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a celebration of his life to be held at 5:30 p.m. Pastor Mike Currier of Body of Christ Church will officiate. Burial will be private.
