Funeral services for Michelle Ann (nee Smith) Urdzik, 50, of Eastlake, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Willoughby United Methodist Church, 15 Public Square, Willoughby. (Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.)
Michelle passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at her residence in Eastlake.
Born July 12, 1967, in Willoughby, she was raised in Lake County and had lived in Richmond Heights before moving back to Lake County a little over two years ago.
Michelle enjoyed crafts, artwork and crocheting. She was a Rainbow Girl, a big animal lover, loved Florida and was a “beach girl.”
She was the wife of Mark A. Tamburrino; former wife of David Urdzik; loving mother of Brittney L. (Mike) Bajc; daughter of Charles L. and Darlene J. (nee Slapnicker) Smith; sister of Charles E. (Larayne) Smith; and aunt of Emily Smith (Ken), Drew (Natalie) Smith, and Blake (Cristina) Smith. She also leaves her dog, “Domino.”
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery in Mayfield Heights.
