Funeral Mass for Alfred Vincent Lucas, 82, of Kirtland, will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Noel Catholic Church, 35200 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills. (Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.)
Mr. Lucas passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born July 6, 1935, in Cleveland, he was a resident of Lake County for more than 45 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and member of St. Noel Catholic Church in Willoughby Hills and the Cayomaw Club.
Mr. Lucas was a retired Federal Administrative Law Judge.
He was the loving father of Vincent Lucas of Amelia, Juliana Marques of Westlake and Susanna Lucas of Kirtland; cherished grandfather of Lucas Marques and Gwendolyn Marques; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. and Julia (nee Krieger) Lucas; and siblings, Donald (Barbara, dec.) Lucas, and Dorothy Lucas.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
