Donald Raiford Hamilton Sr., 74, of Euclid, passed away March 4, 2018, at his residence.
He was born July 11, 1943, in Atlanta, Ga.
After 30 years of dedication, Donald retired from TRW in Euclid. He also served as a security guard in various locations and times for over 40 years.
Donald always had a love for children and would gather them up and exposed them to various activities such as camping, swimming, horseback riding, and boating, just to list a few.
Donald is survived by his four children, Donald R. Hamilton Jr., Angela D. Hamilton, Ramon J. Hamilton, and Jasmine M. Hamilton; grandchildren, Terresha Young, Ramon J. II, Mya and Michael Hamilton; his older brother, Alexander D. Hamilton V; and his younger sister, Verniki L. Black.
He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Hamilton; first wife, Charlette Hamilton; father, Alexander D. Hamilton IV; and mother, Margo C. Hamilton.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby.
