Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Alan Hruska can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Alan had done work for us, and was an absolute pleasure to work/deal with. He had a great sense of humor, and it was always a pleasure to have him around. I learned so much, just watching his approach to various tasks and challenges. He will be greatly missed on our future projects !

Condolence From: John Mutter
Condolence: Al was my partner on the pool league for about ten years and a great friend. Anytime I needed help with anything he willingly would lend a hand. He taught me a lot about the game of straight pool. He was always patient when I wasn't shooting well..more concerned about having fun rather than winning. He was always talking and telling stories about his family and grandkids....you could really tell he loved spending time with them. I'm going to miss you Al. Rest in peace

Condolence From: John Ishee
Condolence: Al was a good friend and colleague. We met at pool league and worked on several jobs together and he was always friendly and would clearly do anything for anybody. We would talk on the phone regularly about whatever job we were doing. He would call me for plumbing advice and I would call him for advice on everything else. His work was stellar and he never stressed over it. He knew his s**t so well that nothing phased him. He'd seen and done it all. And he had no ego about it. He was as happy to learn a neat trick as he was to teach one. I really miss him and I'll never pick up my copper tubing cutter that he recommended to me without remembering him.

Condolence: The Hruska family will be in my prayers. In this difficult, yet temporary time, may you all find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of Jehovah God, who will remember every detail about him and bring him back to you again. (Acts 24:15)

Jw.org is a website with very comforting, Bible-based information. You can search any topic including how to cope with the loss of a loved one. I’ve personally benefited and I hope you can too!
