The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gene Virgili can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Such sorrow on the loss of Gino. Anna Marie and I went to elementary and high school together, Gene went with several of my cousins to Jefferson. We all have a lot of history together. My heart aches for Anna Marie and the family, I know there will be a HUGE void in their lives for many years, but hopefully their faith and knowing that he is most likely in charge of God's golf league will comfort them. He was dearly loved by all that crossed his path. May his soul rest in peace.

Condolence: Carol and I would like to pass along our condolences to Gino's family. I first met Gino around 1968-69 when we both worked for Herman Miller in assembly processing. Our paths crossed throughout our Caterpillar journey till the closing of the Mentor facilities.

Our prayer is that the Lord's hands hold you in this time of morning Gino's passing.
