Celebration of Life service for Steven P. “Neen” Greer, 45, of Willowick, will be 7:30 p.m. Monday, at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby (on the grounds of the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home).
Steven passed away Friday, Mar. 9, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland surrounded by his loving family.
Born Dec. 10, 1972 in Willoughby, he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County living in Willowick and previously in Willoughby.
He was a volunteer at Lake Health West Medical Center and a former employee of Cleveland Clinic. He liked the Cleveland Browns.
Steven was the loving son of Helen (Rick Wagner) Greer; dear brother of Jeff (Ellen) Greer, Jennifer (Patrick Telich) Greer and Terry Greer; uncle of Makenzie, Madalynne and Makayla; and nephew of Lee (Keith Klinger) Mercer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ted Greer; brother, Jerry Christopher Greer; maternal grandparents, Bruce and Rita Swope; paternal grandparents, Robert and Ruby Greer; and aunt, Rita Czika.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at The Abbey of Willoughby.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name to The Lake Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd., Mentor.
