Graveside services for Ruth C. (nee Schwarz) Pierce, 83, of Willoughby, will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2018, at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland.
Ruth passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at her residence.
Born Oct. 22, 1934, in Cleveland, she had been a lifetime Lake County resident.
Ruth loved horses, was an avid reader, and enjoyed gardening, music and writing.
She had worked at Andrews School for Girls in Willoughby for many years.
Ruth was the loving daughter of the late Harry and Leona (nee Hoffman) Schwarz; dear sister of the late Shirley (Wilson, dec.) Harvey, Harry (Eve, dec.) Schwarz and Robert Schwarz; and a beloved aunt and great aunt of many.
Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
