Esta June Young, 95, of Mentor, passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018, at Heartland of Mentor.
Born March 31, 1923, in Prudence, W.Va., she had been a resident of Lake County for 36 years, living in Willoughby.
Esta loved to shop and go out for lunch.
She was a former employee of the A.M. McGregor Home in East Cleveland.
She was the loving mother of Jerry (Sherry) Bryant; cherished grandmother of Robin, Kristen, Jared, Jason, Dianna, Don, Danielle, Jamie and Christopher; great-grandmother of Robert, Sydni, Shelby, Shaemon, Jacob, Rylee, Brooke, Alexa, Nicole, Jessica, Erin, Case, Knox, Devon and Sydney; great-great-grandmother of Joey, Thomas, Sophia, Elijah, Samuel, and three additional great-great-grandchilden; and sister of two surviving siblings.
Esta was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Herman L. Bryant and Vernon Young; son, Don Bryant; daughter, Patricia Haller; parents, Glennie and Annie (nee Wilkerson) Criss; great-grandchild, Baby Tripp and 14 siblings.
Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 noon Thursday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life at 12 noon. Robin L. Pitts, her granddaughter, will officiate. Burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery.
