Janet L. Pavlik (nee Eggers), 68, of Mentor-on-the Lake, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018 at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby.
Born May 10, 1950 in Cleveland, she had been a lifetime resident of Lake County.
Janet was the loving mother of Edwin J. Pavlik and Ted R. Pavlik; cherished grandmother of Ed Pavlik; sister of J.R. (Pam) Eggers and Betty (John) Denholm; and aunt of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Polina (nee Crawford) Eggers; brother, Raymond Eggers; and sister, Hazel Hamilton.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave., Willoughby (located on the grounds of the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home). Burial will be private.
