Condolence: My condolences to the entire Modzelewski family. Mr Modzelewski was a very nice man, and I enjoyed caring for him. I will never forget the conversations and memories he shared with me. May he continue to rest well.

Condolence From: Ken Reinhard
Condolence: Dear Modzelewski Family: I grew up in Bridgeport, CT in the 1950s and 1960s and Dick "Little Mo" Modzelewski and the other NY Football Giants were my heroes. After Dick was traded to the Browns I was at a dinner where Coach Allie Sherman was the main speaker. I was about 12 and I asked Coach Sherman (very pointedly) "why did you trade Little Mo". I would not have been happy with any answer Sherman could give. Dick was a bedrock of those great Giants teams. I used to watch practice at Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT during the era of the CBS special "The Violent World of Sam Huff" and Dick was a major reason that the Jints were in so many Championship Games. Finally, I have a classic photo of the 1958 Championship Game in my current house and in the frame, Johnny Unitas, getting ready to throw and Dick advancing on Unitas. To this day "I wish Mo had sacked him". Anyway, God Bless You, Mr. Modzelewski, for being a hero to young boy long ago. Ken Reinhard

Condolence: In this difficult, yet temporary time, may you all find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of Jehovah God, who will remember every detail about Richard and bring him back to you again. (Acts 24:15)

Jw.org is a website with very comforting, Bible-based information. You can search any topic including how to cope with the loss of a loved one. I’ve personally benefited and I hope you can too!

Condolence: You are all in my prayers. While I remember Dick very well in my early days as a Browns fan, I fondly remember Amie and her class from St Greg's. May the Lord be with you in your grief and walk with you in hope toward the banquet of life and your reunion.
