Private family services were held for Lois B. Foley, 84, of Mentor.
Mrs. Foley passed away Oct. 25, 2018, in East Cleveland.
She was born March 13, 1934, in Cleveland, and had lived at The Fairways in Willoughby before moving to The Gardens of McGregor.
Lois worked as a librarian at the Mentor Public Library for 15 years before her retirement. She enjoyed knitting and was an avid reader.
She was the loving mother of Kathleen Anne (nee Foley) (Joseph) Janesh of Mentor, Mary Elizabeth Foley (husband, Alan McGinty) of Durham, N.C., and Susanne Marie (nee Foley) (Mark) Noble of Cleveland Heights; cherished grandmother of William Janesh, Fritz Janesh, Kathryn Terrell and Natalie Noble; and sister-in-law of Terry Ann (nee Foley) Greaves; aunt of Julie Greaves Jacko.
Lois was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William J. Foley; and parents, Louis and Alberta (nee Billington) Leso.
