To the family and friends of Michael Prendergast, I am very sorry for your loss. During these difficult times God tells us that we can turn to him because he is the God of all comfort.
2 Corinthians 1:3,4 which says “Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.”

Death of a loved one, is a truly painful sting. Death in the Bible is described as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) God understands our deepest feelings,so he invites us to pour our concerns/anxieties on him through prayer. (1 Peter 5:7)
