Obituary for Thomas S "Tom" Kreczko

Thomas S. “Tom” Kreczko passed away peacefully Oct. 30, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Born May 14, 1948, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for the past 38 years.
He was the beloved husband of 38 years to Cathy (nee Morgan) Kreczko; loving father of Kevin and Kimberly (Sean) Keyes; cherished “Pops” of Brayden, Stella, and Kate; nephew of Eleanor Kreczko; son-in-law of Bernadette (Joseph, dec.) Morgan (nee Sexton); nephew of Cecilia Sexton; dear brother of Alan (Becky) Kreczko, Greg (Diane) Kreczko and Sandra Kreczko; brother-in-law of Joseph (Donna) Morgan, Sister Jane Morgan OSU, Michelle Morgan (Mike Coyne), Tim (Debbie) Morgan, Monica (Tom) Daly, and Marty (Dave) Waller; and uncle, cousin and friend of many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Martha (nee Shoda) Kreczko.
Tom was a civil engineer for 43 years including employment at CT Consultants, City of Wickliffe, and City of Beachwood.
He loved spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren, enjoyed crossword puzzles, walks in the park (especially with his favorite dogs Riley and Guinness), breakfast with friends, dancing and traveling. “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah,” you will always be our bluebird of happiness. Friends may call from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio funeral home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, Ohio. Burial will be at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
