Obituary for Phrania Y "Fran" Kimball

Phrania “Fran” Kimball passed away peacefully Dec. 20, 2018, at the age of 89.
She was born Jan. 25, 1929, in Willoughby, where she resided her whole life.
Her home and front porch on Wood Street was the gathering place for family and friends. Fran was happiest catering to her family. She was a wonderful cook, loved baking apple pies, a true pioneer in health and alternative medicine, and enjoyed the beauty of dogwood trees, angels and prayer.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Lawrence Kimball; brothers, Ernie, Tony, Phil; and sisters, Josephine, Helen and Theresa.
Survivors are her children, Keith (Doris Tomko) Kimball, Patsy (Bill) Hoose and Steve (Lee) Kimball; grandchildren, Todd (Kerry) Kimball, Billy (Amy) Hoose, Katie Kimball, Jennifer (Mark) Wagner, Amanda Kimball, Alexandra (Daniel) Page, Brittany (Mitch) Weisbarth and Tyler Kimball; and great-grandchildren, Leah, Aidan, Abbey, Will, Anna, Ben, Cian, River, Quinn, Emma, Leela.
A memorial Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, at Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave. Willoughby. The family will receive friends and family after the Mass in Saint Joseph’s Hall at Immaculate Conception to celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fran’s favorite charity, woundedwarriorproject.org.
