Ronald H. Nulick, 89, of Mentor, a “Born Again Christian,” passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights.

Born Feb. 16, 1929, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Geauga County for 40 years, living in Bainbridge and Chester Township before moving to Lake County six months ago.
Ron was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and member of Riverview Church in Novelty. He enjoyed lawn bowling, and was an enthusiastic member and former President of the Cleveland Housewares Association.
He was the loving father of Pamela A. (Todd) Rohrer, Wendy A. (Rick) Trivisonno and David H. (Melinda) Nulick; cherished grandfather of Abby Rohrer, Max Rohrer, Ryan, C.J. (Morgan), and Jason (Holly) Trivisonno, Vanessa, Nulick, Darien (Alexandria) Nulick, Kyle Kennedy and Naomi Kennedy; great-grandfather of Brady, Rocco, Lennon, Harper and Savi; brother of Frances “Honey” (Donald) Samuel; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Ron was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alice J. (nee Anewalt) Nulick in 2008; parents, Harry and Ann Nulick; and siblings, Roberta “Dolly” (Val, dec.) Thomas and James Nulick.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Riverview Church, 13968 Chillicothe Road, Novelty, OH 44072, with a memorial service to follow at 4 p.m. Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
