I know this seems somewhat late, but I offer my humble condolences with Ma's passing. Even though life threw in a curve ball that removed me as her daughter-in-law, she will always be Ma to me. She was the nicest, sweetest mother-in-law I've known. A very inviting and loving person. Since many obstacles kept us away from Ohio during this sad time, the girls (Crystal and Leslie) and I took time together to share our memories. The enjoyment of her visit to Hawaii when Crystal was born. The girls very fondly remember playing Gameboy with her on their few visits during childhood. They still get excited reminiscing about Grandma's interesting driving skills as they zoomed to get ice cream. We are extremely grateful that we took the chance to visit her on our way to Illinois 2 summers ago. It was wonderful to see her, though a smaller version than when I first met her 30 years ago, but still the happy, game-playing lady we know. She will be greatly missed, but very fondly remembered, especially when revisiting family pictures.

To the family and friends of Carol Carnish, I am deeply sorry for your lost. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 says, “Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.” Please take comfort in knowing that God will help you guys in this diffuse time.
