After two years, he finally lost his battle to cancer. He passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, peacefully and comfortably surrounded by family.
Wayne was born March 14, 1947 in Cleveland.
He was a kind and generous man who loved his family and country. He will be missed by all those who loved him and knew him. He was a true patriot and sports car enthusiast. Wayne was a U.S. Navy veteran, who served two tours of duty in Vietnam serving alongside the Admiral of the 7th Fleet, performing special operations in communications. After serving his country, the CIA tried to recruit him.
His beloved wife, Diane, of 20 years was his soul mate. She passed in 2017, and he especially enjoyed going to the casinos with her.
