Obituary for Darius C. Barnes
Darius C. Barnes, 53, of Mentor, passed away Monday, July 8, 2019, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
He was born Dec. 14, 1965, in Lakewood.
Darius was a graduate of Eastlake North and attended Lakeland Community College. He was an outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting. Darius worked for J.J.O. Construction.
He was the loving father of Samantha M. Barnes; dear son of Ruth A. (nee Zygas) Barnes and Harry C. Barnes; dearest brother of Jacin (Jill) Barnes; and uncle of Cameron and Donovan.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a funeral service at 4:30 p.m.
