Zef Nikoli, 68, of Eastlake, passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, at his residence.
Born Aug. 6, 1951, in Kosovo, he had been a resident of Lake County for the past 20 years.
Zef was an avid bird lover. His family was so important and meant “more than anything” to him.
He was the beloved husband of Marinika (nee Sekosan) Nikoli; loving father of Marko (Ivana) Nikoli of Belgrade, Serbia, Pavlina Pavlovska of Skopje, Macedonia, Valentina Nikoli of Kingsville, and Alexandra Nikoli of Eastlake; cherished grandfather of Matea, Andrea and Andrej; brother, of Alex Koli, Vera (Rade, dec.) Petrovic, Violeta (Goce) Sajnovska, Koljo (Rose) Nikolovski and Marina (Borce) Petrovska; brother-in-law of Djinel (Carmen) Sekosan, Kristian Jovanov, Silvana (Goran) Jovanov-Babic, Marinel Sekosan and Sebastian Jovanov; and uncle of Robert, Maja, Albert, Andrej, Filip, Filip, Nicole, Francika, and Mia. He also leaves many cousins throughout Europe.
Zef was preceded in death by his parents, Djon and Viktorija (nee Tanusaj) Nikoli.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, where a funeral service will be conducted 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be private.
