Obituary for Kermit E Miller Jr.
Funeral Mass for Kermit E. Miller Jr., 65, of Willoughby, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Road, Mentor.
Mr. Miller passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2019, at his residence.
Born June 23, 1954, in Painesville, he had been a resident of Lake County for 45 years, living in Madison before moving to Willoughby.
Kermit was a member of St. John Vianney Church in Mentor and enjoyed gambling with his father-in-law.
He was the beloved husband of 37 years to Sharon M. (nee Bolas) Miller; loving father of Christopher Steven (Marlo) Miller and Jason Allen Miller; cherished grandfather of Ryleigh and Jordyn Miller; brother of Karen (David) Rutledge and Judy Singleton; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Kermit was preceded in death by his parents, Kermit E. and Ellen R. (nee Locher) Miller; siblings, Henry Miller, Myrtle O’Donovan, Dorothy Bean and Patsy Wyman.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106.
