Obituary for Joseph Patrick Siders
Joseph Patrick Siders, 54, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at Hospice House of the Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born March 17, 1965, in Willoughby, he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County.
Joe had been a career employee of Accurate Auto Body and Frame Company in Painesville, and truly enjoyed riding his Harley.
He was the loving father of Joey (Jennifer) Siders and Jaime Siders; cherished grandfather of Camdyn, Jacob, Aubree and Jackson; fiancé of Heidi A. Brazus and her children who were very special to him, Anna and Ethan; brother of Danny (Patricia) Siders and Sue Faith; brother-in-law of Sammie (Joe) Hribar, Mark (Doralynn) Bratcher and Bill (Kathy) Bratcher; son-in-law of Randolph Bratcher; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his dog, “Shady Girl.”
Joe was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathy E. (nee Bratcher) Siders; parents, Eugene and Theresa (nee Vilcheck) Siders; and mother-in-law, Mary (nee Starec) Bratcher.
Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home), in Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life service at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be private.
