Ronald J. Menart, 70, of Eastlake, passed away Friday, Dec. 27, 2019, at Heather Hill Assisted Living in Chardon.
He was born Aug. 25, 1949, in Cleveland.
Ronald was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Ronald was the beloved husband of Karen L. (nee Skinner) Menart; loving father of Joyce M. Menart (Rory Krause), Christine E. (Dragan) Tolo, Debbie L. Snyder and Ron J. Menart; cherished grandfather of Brandon Krause, Mason Krause, Milan Tolo, Matina Tolo, Abigail Ryan and Alonso Cruz; brother of Eileen Sharsu, Loretta Hmiel and Dale Menart; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Josephine (nee Soric) Menart; siblings, Joseph and James Menart; brother-in-law, Jack Sharsu; and sister-in-law, Toby Menart.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, at The Abbey of Willoughby, 38011 Euclid Ave. (located on the grounds of McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home) in Willoughby, with a Celebration of Life at 7:30 p.m.
