Anne P. (nee Heron) Bak, 84, of Willoughby, passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, at UH Geauga Medical Center in Chardon.
Born June 9, 1935, in Scotland, she had been a resident of Lake County for more than 20 years.
Anne was a retired nurse, having worked at Hillcrest and Huron Road Hospitals. In her leisure time, she enjoyed boating.
She was the loving mother of David O. (Wendy) Bak and Gordon P. Bak; cherished grandmother of Cheryl (Karl) Bohr, Melissa (Dan) Griffith, Kevin Bak, Patrick Bak and Daniel Bak; and great-grandmother of Brooklyn, Brody, Emmerson and Lucia. She also leaves brothers and sisters.
Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Oswald J. Bak; and parents, Robert and Margaret Heron.
Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a Prayer Service to follow at 1 p.m. Father David Stavarz will officiate. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
