Obituary for Brian Raico Sr.

It is with our deepest sympathy we inform you that Brian Raico Sr., 40, of Mentor, passed away suddenly Jan. 26, 2020.
When you met Brian, you were his friend immediately. He was a good man with a huge heart. Brian was a longlife resident of Mentor and graduated from Mentor High School in 1997. He was an all-around Cleveland sports fan, but his true passions were The Ohio State Buckeyes, Mentor High School Cardinals, and all the teams that “Little B” played on. He was the father of an All American Soap Box Derby Champion and loved to show all the success his children had in racing and sports. Brian truly loved everyone, life, and music. He will be missed.
“Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more than words can tell.” ~Grateful Dead
He is survived by his wife, Jamie (nee Fisher); children, Brittney, Bryce, and Brian Jr. “Little B”; parents, Bob and Debbie Raico; brother, Mark (Leah) ; niece, Laila; mother-in-law, Donna Fisher; and sister-in-law, Jordan. Also surviving Brian are many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear lifelong friends.
Brian was preceded in death by his daughter, Brianna Raico (2017); father-in-law, Rick Fisher (2019); and many grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Private interment will be held at Mentor Cemetery. All are welcome at a Celebration of Life from 12 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at The Players Club Lost Nation Sports Park, 38630 Jet Center Place in Willoughby.
