Bud was one of THE most positive people I've ever met. He taught us all, through the way he lived his daily life, so many lessons of life, love, kindness, faith & patience, helping others & community service. His family was absolutely everything to him & he was so proud of each & every one of them. Bud will truly be missed by everyone! Not only did he leave an indelible imprint in this world, he left it on the hearts of everyone who knew him.

I will truly miss working EPD auxi details with him. We worked so many details together over the years, meeting so many wonderful wonderful people & making so many smiles, especially with the children. I have so many wonderful memories of those times and for that I am very grateful.

So to my dear friend, Charles H Bud Lilley, 10-42, Badge #522, I salute you, I love you, but most of all, I thank you. Watch over all of us from above.

You may no longer be here in our sight, but you will FOREVER remain in our hearts, never to be forgotten.
