RIP Brad. We were best friends at Richmond Elementary School. I spent many days at his house where we built plastic models of movie monsters. His dad Boris was a very kind person. I was always welcome at his house. I remember that he was the best athlete at our elementary school and a terrific athlete in high school. While we were not close in high school and after, we were always cordial when we saw each other. He was a good person. My condolences to his family.

Bradley’s mother Rose was my Godmother, and my two sisters and I lived above the shoe store that her father operated many years ago. We spent many good saturdays at her house on E74th St.,because Aunt Rose had a TV, when no oneelse in the family did. Brads dad, my uncle Boris taught me to drive, in their 48 Dodge club coupe. I remember when Brad was born and Rose & Boris moved to Lyndhurst, we moved out. Rose knew her brother, my dad was an alchaholic, but she never forgot my birthday, and always had something for us kids at Christmas. My condolences , Brads family, and it’s too bad we never really got to know , but God Bless to you all, your cousin Larry Rufin

Brad was a wonderful person in many ways. From our days at Brush and whenever we saw each other as adults, he was the same guy. Always true to his friends, school family, city and his love of the game. A really good soul and we are very saddened by his early passing.
