Mass of Christian Burial for Nicoletta (nee Guerrieri) Mastrocola, 85, of Eastlake, will be 11 AM Saturday, May 30, 2020, in Lambur Hall at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd. Eastlake. (Family and friends are asked to please meet at church.)
Nicoletta passed away Friday, May 22, 2020, at her residence with her family at her side.
Born March 18, 1935, in Orsanga, Italy, she had lived in Little Italy and Cleveland Heights before moving to Lake County 46 years ago.
Nicoletta was a member of St. Justin Martyr Church in Eastlake, truly loved working in her yard and gardening, and also enjoyed crocheting and made blankets and tablecloths. She loved her family dearly and her brothers and sisters were everything to her.
She was the loving mother of Rocco (Nanette) Mastrocola; cherished grandmother of Raphael and Christopher (Jacquie); great-grandmother of Andrew and Aly; sister of Antonio (Elenora, dec.) Guerrieri, Alfredo (Maria) Guerrieri, Filomena (Tony) Francischiello, Rita (Osvaldo) Silveri, and Renato (Denise) Guerrieri; sister-in-law of Marisa Guerrieri; and aunt of 18 nieces and nephews.
Nicoletta was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raffele Mastrocola; granddaughter, Heather; parents, Rocco and Maria (nee Saraceni) Guerrieri; brother, Raffele Guerrieri; and sisters, Serafina Guerrieri and Natalina (Nicola) Maiocco.
Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
