Obituary for Juanita Pearl Steele

Juanita Pearl Steele, 88, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 27,1932, in Crooked Creek, W.Va.
Juanita was very generous and had a deep love for her family and God. She had a great passion for reading and enjoyed going to casinos and garage sales. She was a patriotic American who loved her country.
Juanita was the loving mother of Debra L. (Sandy) Fruscella, Michael J. Steele, Jeffrey D. (Colleen) Steele, and Karen A. (Dave) Brooks; cherished grandmother of Michael, Jennifer, Brian, Jason, Justin, Missy, Katie, Austin and Emily; great-grandmother of Bryson, Lexi, Joey, Mason, Chase, Violet, Lily, Lucy and Evelyn; loving sister of Carl (Frances) McDonald and Richard (Debbie) McDonald; sister-in-law of Maryann McDonald, Irene McDonald and Kay McDonald; and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leslie J. Steele in 1992; parents, Alvin Wayne and Ollie (nee Hale) McDonald; and siblings, Earl McDonald, Josephine (Bill, dec.), Harry McDonald, Mary Muha, Samuel (Janet, dec.) McDonald, and Johnny McDonald.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
Contributions in her name are encouraged to the Ohio COPS Organization (Concerns of Police Survivors), which benefit the families of Ohio officers that are killed in the line-of-duty.
