Obituary for Robert K Beck Jr.

Celebration of Life services for Robert K. Beck Jr., 88, of Willoughby, will be 7:30 p.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby.
Mr. Beck passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at his residence.
Born June 25, 1927, in Cleveland, he had been a Lake County resident for more than five years.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a Ham radio operator, whose handle was “WA8KSC.”
Mr. Beck was a retired Fisher Body employee, who worked as a manufacturing engineer in Elyria.
He was the loving father of Melanie B. Reese (Gary Price), Robert K. (Elizabeth) Beck III, Kathleen E. Dillon, Kelly Barrows, Matthew C. Beck, Kenneth (Cindy) Wattleworth and Kirk (Lisa) Wattleworth; cherished grandfather of 15; great-grandfather of nine; and brother of Betty Beck Barrett. He also leaves his dear friend, Karen.
Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce Elizabeth (nee Kellam) Beck; and parents, Robert K. Sr. and Dorothy (nee Shaffer) Beck.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Cleveland.
