Adrian N  Fraser
Adrian N. Fraser, 24, of Chicago, Ill., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2017, in Chicago.
Born Dec. 13, 1992, in Sandusky, he had lived in Mentor before moving to Illinois three and a half years ago.
In his short life, Adrian became a dear friend to many. He produced works of art and comedy that brought joy and laughter to us all. While challenged by life himself, Adrian’s compassionate and loving soul offered inspiration and provided a warm and guiding light to those searching for their true life’s path.
“Chase dreams, not dragons.”
Adrian was the loving son of Ian E. Fraser and Gloria M. Gartner; dear brother of Robert G. and Andrew J. Fraser; paternal grandson of Betty Fraser; and maternal grandson of Emerich Gartner.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Fraser; and maternal grandmother, Agnes Gartner.
Family and friends are asked to meet for a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), Mentor. Fr. Tim Plavac will officiate the service. Burial will be private.
A Chicago Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at the Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted St., Chicago, IL.
The family suggests contributions in Adrian’s memory be made to the Adrian Fraser Memorial Scholarship, c/o Willoughby Fine Arts Association, 38660 Mentor Ave., Willoughby, OH 44094, or Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted St., Chicago, IL 60613.
