Obituary for Paul R Habina

Funeral services for Paul R. Habina, 75, of Eastlake, will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby. Fr. McNeil will officiate the service.
Mr. Habina passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at Lake Health West Medical Center in Willoughby with his loving family at his side.
Born Sept. 25, 1941, in Pittsburgh, Pa., he had been a lifetime resident of Lake County living in Willoughby before moving to Eastlake.
Paul was a U.S. Army veteran and enjoyed reading and model railroading.
Mr. Habina had worked as a plumber.
He was the beloved husband of 33 years to Lynne M. (nee LaFollette) Habina; loving father of Laura A. Summers, Deborah J. Peck, John A. (Rosemary) Maletic Jr., Michael T. Maletic, Matthew L.F. Habina and Joseph R. Habina; cherished grandfather of Stefanie, Rachel, Jenna and Carolynne; brother of Richard “Skip” (Jennifer) Habina, Joyce Habina, Karen (Tom) Snee, John “Jack” Habina and Michael (Sandra) Habina; and uncle of nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Frank A. and Agnes C. (nee Connelly) Habina; great-grandson, Dylan; and brother, Ronald Habina.
Family will receive friends from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
